Markus Kogler's (born Aug. 10th, 1977) original job is bricklayer. He is one of the founders of the Fun Connection. He is a pro when it comes to climbing and is famous for his exceptional ideas, which he always puts into action! Markus is the manager of the Schneesportschule Hochfilzen ski school. Furthermore, he is one of the organisers and head of the Snowfever Winter Games in Fieberbrunn. More information about the Snowfever Winter Games on www.snowfewer.at He clips on his skis even before December. Mid-November, the ski instructor training starts. Markus is a trainer for the Tyrolean Ski Instructors Association. He spends the rest of his free time in einter eith his family ... and for brainstorming for the next summer!

Richard Mayrl's (born Aug. 9th, 1975) original job is carpenter. In 1997, he founded the company together with Markus. His speciality is water. When Richard and Markus are not on a guided tour, they build facilities like a high ropes course and a vie ferrata. Richard works at the S4-Snowsport Fierberbrunn. In November, he joins the ski instructor trainings. He is also a trainer of the Tyrolean Ski Instructors Association. In between times, he goes on holidays with his family. It is possible that you meet Richard and his guests freeriding at the Arlberg or in France in winter.

Robert Trixl, born Aug. 29th, 1960, is a private at the mountain troops of the Austrian Armed Forces and serves as a sergant and trainer. Thus he could combine hobby and job. His passion is hiking and climbing in all its facets both in summer and winter. His other hobbies are cross-country skiing and skiing in winter as well as jogging and biking in summer. With his many years of experience, Robert is a big help for our team.

Günter Phüringer lives in Waidring. He is the manager of the Snowsports Waidring ski school. His hobbies are skiing, climbing, mountain biking, archery, building, golfing and motorbiking. He was a trainer and ski instructor in Australia for 6 seasons. From 1999 to 1009, he was a full-time ski trainer: 4 years for Liechtenstein and 7 years for the UK.
